It got very repetitious looking for the recipe for stuffed camel. The idea is very plausible, but most are referencing the one recipe from Snopes.com ("Jubail Wives' Group" or "ISBN 0-89626-051-8") or a variant of it (but with no attribution).

Usually when a recipe is usable, there tends to be a lot of variation.
There are many Chili recipies, Nasi Lemak, etc.
