I swear. I'm going to join the "Brilliant Administrator From Hell" group soon.

It isn't that I take to heart the rudeness of the people who call on the phone for me. I can take that. But it sure does exasperate me.

I might elucidate on that when I have the time.

But really. If you want help, do not abuse the person who is your main point of contact. Even if they can't help you, they know someone who can. And if you piss them off before they tell you the name of the person who can help you, then chances are that they won't give you the helpful name.
